Etiquette

We kindly assume the etiquette of no cell phones in our yoga classrooms to support a truly clear environment. If you are expecting a very important call give your caller our phone number, let the manager know before class, and we can inform you if you have a need to be contacted while you are in a class, a healing process, or attending a workshop.

If you still feel the need for a phone in your yoga classroom, maybe this is worth breathing into and revitalizing your practice with a nod to the yamas and niyamas to imbue your practice with intention and to the gift of surrender to the sacred space around you and within you.

Class, Workshop & Private Yoga Cancellation Policies

Class “No Show” Policy
If you pre-register online for a class and cannot make the class, please cancel your scheduled session online. If you have difficulty you may call our front desk so we can do it for you.

Note: If you do not cancel your scheduled session and do not show for class, a class will be taken from your current package.

Class Card Policy
  • In the event of unforeseen illness, injury, or emergency you may freeze your class cards
  • Notification must be in the form of an email or written letter
  • Weekly cards may not be frozen
  • 10 class cards frozen for 1 week
  • 20 class cards frozen for 2 weeks
  • Monthly cards may not be frozen
  • Yearly cards may be frozen up to 3 weeks
  • Class Cards are non-refundable, non-returnable & non-transferable
  • In the event you are unable to use your class card prior to the expiration date, you may gift your card to another student


Workshop Cancellation Policy
  • Workshop Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will receive credit on their Basil Yoga account for future use
  • If you cancel your reservation for any workshop with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged in full, no refunds or credit will be given
  • If we cancel a Workshop, a full refund will be given

Private Yoga Session Policy
  • Appointments canceled with less than a 24-HOUR NOTICE will be charged in full
  • If we cancel a session you will not be charged
