Fridays 5-6:30 PM
Open Level
Class Cards accepted or $20 drop-in rate

Wednesday’s evening class with Basil draws attention to alignment foundations to keep stability within the structure of the postures in the practice of Vinyasa Yoga. From creating stability in the physical body, the practitioner begins to open to larger experiences that can refine one’s practice and journey into deeper states of yoga.

Friday’s evening class, “Over the Line”, is inspired by the movement and vibrations of sound. A theatrical backdrop evoking mood and feeling, creativity and emotion, strength and vulnerability, the choreography is drawn from the sound by Basil. Bringing the practitioner into the unexpected and unusual that rebels against customary yoga class, this class is an energizing way to shed the stress of the week start the weekend off rebelliously!

Supporting the Children of Haiti

Namaste,
As many of you know, Seane Corn is a teacher and an inspiration to me and my classes. Through my work and study with her over the years, my heart has been opened to the deeper need for the spirit of yoga to reach out into the world through acts of compassion and support.

Seane is one of the creators of the "Off the Mat Into the World" project that trains yoga teachers to offer support to the children of Haiti affected by the devastating earthquake last year. Over 500,000 children in Haiti are orphaned and still living on the streets.

Connect to the below link to see how you can offer your support through donations accepted on Corti Cooper's site, my friend, fellow yoga teacher, future leader- taking Seane Corn's Seva Challenge to bring compassion and support to Haitian children.
